Chestnut

Lower end of long garden approximately 6m x up to 20m. Light easy to work soil, probably grade 1, Ombersley Sandy loam. Currently rough lawn and mainly unplanted beds. Water tap could be provided and some space in locked shed. Also spade, fork, hoe, trowel,etc. Garden is at rear of a rented house and access would be through their garden which would not be a problem. Area not yet separated. All up for discussion.
