Modest back garden in Greenacre, Edwalton

The is a modest-sized domestic back garden that is sadly unused.The plot is roughly triangular in shape. It has a footpath through the middle and raised beds either side. Access is through a standard wooden door in a privet hedge that comprises one of the three sides to the area. The remaining two sides are domestic fences to the neighbours either side. You will need to walk through our neighbor's (very well kept) garden, but we have full right of way. We also have a small outbuilding where you are welcome to keep tools and bits and bobs. We would love to see this bit of land made useful by growing food or flowers. Note that there is a small cherry tree about 3 years old that we would prefer to keep.
