Large South Facing Back Garden Leeds

Some of the pictures show the garden well maintained unfortunately it isn’t anymore. It’s clear but there’s very little grass. A lot of it can be used to grow vegetables etc. but I’d like to keep a part of it for sitting outside during the summer and plan to plant grass seeds but as it is such a large garden I don’t think that would be an issue. I am disabled so it’s been very difficult to keep up to esp. during lockdown when my gardener could no longer come help me. The back garden gets the sun all day and is enclosed and very private. There’s storage in the small Wendy house, easily accessible and plenty of space for parking.
