As you can see from the pictures there is a large expanse to develop. I'm registered disabled with mobility issues so struggle to tend to the garden on a regular basis I'd love for someone to be able to develop the flower beds down the side of the garden into an established colourful show for the majority of the year. On the decking I have a herb garden and a collection of pots to grow fruit and vegetables and I'd also love for that to be developed too. In return I'm happy to share produce and for you to enjoy the garden as much as you'd like. Perhaps you're of a certain generation and would like to adopt my son as a surrogate grandchild whilst tending to the garden too. I'm not after any financial gain from this arrangement like others may be renting their space. I'd just appreciate the garden being used to its full potential. The decking is west facing, front of the house is east facing and the large plot at the side is south facing.
