Rewilding

I am not able to create a garden here, but am trying to encourage all sorts of wildlife. The central area is at present covered by black plastic weed sheeting. There are several movable pots, water catchers and planters, which can be relocated. It would be nice to have some decorative plants such as lavender, herbs, bulbs etc around the edges possibly. Access is through the house (terraced), but that should not be a big problem.
