We have an Overgrown back and front garden with east/west aspect, offered rent free initially but also in exchange for a fair share of the eventual produce.
We Looking for a tennant who will use the space for something along the lines of organic, no dig, allotment, kitchen garden or permaculture food forest.
Must have own vehicle as we dont drive and cant do tip runs or garden centre runs. Easy access by car and public transport, with on site parking for car/van is available.
Would be suitable for enthusiastic gardeners willing to learn permaculture skills with access to own tools/supplies and some knowledge of landscaping, such as drainage, how to build veg beds etc
