This huge (85ft long) back garden Plot is available for someone to turn into a vegetable garden/allotment. The back garden is fully accessible via a side lane which you can walk straight up from the street.
The site is right inbetween 2 tube stations: South Kenton (Bakerloo/Overground) and Preston Road (Metropolitan line) - a 5min walk from either.
It's the back garden of a house I bought to renovate, which is pretty run down. Work won't commence on it for a while, and will take some time so as a result, the plot will be available for at least 1.5 - 2 years.
As you can see it's very overgrown at the moment so will require a couple of weeks of work to get it cleared. But as you'll see in the last photo - I was able to do this by myself last year.
You'll also see in the photos that there are two dilapidated sheds on the Plot which could be boarded over if you want to store tools there.
There's enough room on the side lane for a car to get access in case you need to drive up it for anything heavier. At thevery back is a path along all the neighbours garden where wild blackberry bushes grow - which were very productive last year.

Would be great to see this bit of land get put to good use!
