L Shape plot of land available for a keen gardener

The plot of land is separate to our main property. We don't use the land and feel it would be perfect for someone who would want to grow veg or flowers or just have it as a garden for themselves. it is situated in a quiet cul de sac with parking just next to the land. There is a compost bin available in the top corner and a water butt that will need installing. We have a tap in our garden next to the land that can be used. the land can be accessed at anytime we only ask that it is looked after and enjoyed!
