Very quiet sunny garden in Staffordshire

A well manured plot, which has not been used for a season, and which needs tidying up with a little effort. There is plenty of scope for improvement, and an unlimited supply of manure, subject to a small payment to the horse owner, who lives opposite and who has access to transport for it. I do not require payment, other than for a nominal amount payable at the beginning of the growing season and which is repayable by me at the close of the season if the plot has been well maintained.
