Undeveloped corner plot with double exterior 240V plug sockets / tap / long 50m hose and electrical extension reel. Happy to work with renter on projects to allow inclusion of water butts/ chickens / bees to the rear space where there is a mature plum tree and raised planters / beds to the side and front elevations - my scope for this year is to have the waste building materials from interior works removed and have a functional outdoor space with boundary fence. The black container may be used as well as the garage (secured) to store tools etc if needed however I have most hand tools / strimmer / mower here already.
